– On the south

construction has
begun on
Edgewater at
Hayden Ferry
Lakeside,
the Hayden Ferry
Lakeside
project's first
luxury
condominium
tower.
Edgewater
is being
developed by
Hayden Ferry
Lakeside, L.L.C.,
a wholly owned
subsidiary of
SunCor
Development
Company. The
project is being
built by
Residential
Constructors
L.L.C., a wholly
owned subsidiary
of McCarthy
Building
Companies.
McCarthy's
Southwest
Division has
been Suncor's
contracting
partner for the
other phases of
the Hayden Ferry
Lakeside
development.
With 40 units in
an elegant
eight-story
building,
Edgewater
is the
first of four
condominium
towers planned
for the Hayden
Ferry Lakeside
mixed-use
development.
